Staff Forms
In the interest of the safety of the youth, all staff are required to participate in child abuse prevention training and consent to a background check.
Information and registration for these online training classes and the background check forms are available at the Volunteer Ministries page of the Texas Conference website.

Staff and volunteers will also need to sign the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
If you will be driving Pathfinders to any event, you will also need to fill out the Safe Driver Pledge.
